Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is a privately held American company. Westye Bakke founded it in Madison, Wisconsin in 1945. - Water filter and ice. Some models have a water filter and an ice maker, which bring their own leak and flow problems.
Problem, then likely cause
Freezer cold, fresh food section warm
Often a damper, sensor or fan in the fresh food section, not the freezer itself. Check that nothing is pushed against the vents.
Water on the floor
A clogged defrost drain, a loose filter housing, or the water line to the ice maker. Shut off the water supply to the unit if you cannot find the source.
Unit running constantly, not cold
Dirty condenser, a failing fan, or a sealed-system fault. Leave the sealed system to a technician.
Warm, silent, lights off
Check the breaker, then the power cord and switch. If power is fine, it is a control or power-supply fault.
Where the model number is
Sub-Zero’s own answers page says the tag is inside the unit and depends on the line. On over-and-under models it is inside the refrigerator door near the top hinge, on side-by-sides it is inside the freezer door, and on column models it is inside the middle drawer near the drawer guide. Model and serial share one tag.

Sometimes. Fan, drain and condenser faults can often be reached from the front or top, while the sealed system needs rear access.
How often should the condenser be cleaned?+
Check it a couple of times a year and clean when you see dust. Switch the unit off first.
