I was in desperate need of refrigerator repair after my power source broke and fried my appliances. Both of my refrigerators were affected, but thankfully, one was able to be saved. After searching on Google, TopTown immediately stood out to me. It was the first company I called because of the five-star reviews and the outstanding customer feedback. Masood answered right away, listened to my concerns over the phone, and came out the very same day to assess my refrigerators. I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion he showed, especially knowing how much stress I was under after losing all of my groceries. He worked with me, was extremely affordable, prompt, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend TopTown for any of your appliance repair needs. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, Masood is definitely the person to call! Thank you again, Masood! Regards, Angela

Masood is top notch knows his job identified the problem within last than a min. He is my appliance guy will not search for anyone else.
Masood responded promptly to our call and did a great job repairing our refrigerator. He was knowledgeable in appliances. I recommend him to anyone who needs repairs or installations.
They reached out immediately and made a housecall on the same day. Explained everything they were doing and what the problem was. Knowledgeable about all appliances.
My husband hired this company to fix our dryer. Within an hour it was done. They arrived on time were very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Our dryer is now running like new!
The technician was able to get to our home earlier than anticipated which was appreciated. He explained what needed to be done and our options. Because of the age of our appliance we decided not to get it repaired. He also gave us valuable recommendations on a replacement. We definitely will call him for any future appliance repairs.
Masood is an amazing technician. He is friendly, punctual, attentive, and efficient. Our washer is working just as the day we bought it! I would definitely use their services again in the future. We had an issue with our top loader washer, the agitator was no longer functional. Since we were scratching our heads trying to determine if the motor or plastic coupling had gone bad, we decided to call Top Town Appliance Repair Service. Masood gave us a preliminary quote over the phone that included the diagnostic fee and expected labor for the repairs. During the call, Masood offered to come out that same day to check the appliance or to schedule an appointment of our choosing. Fast forward to our scheduled appointment, he called ahead to notify us he was heading our way and once more once he was at the residence. He greeted us and rolled in with his tools to diagnose the washer. Masood verified the coupling was the root cause of our issue and proceeded to replace the component, all within 15 minutes. He entertained our questions about the process and what proactive steps we can take to extend the life of the appliance. At the end he cleaned up thoroughly and offered to come back if we encountered any additional issues. If you have any appliance needing repairs, please don't hesitate to contact Top Town Appliance Repair Service. Masood will make sure to work with you to solve your problem in the quickest time possible!
Called before he arrived, gave us an estimate which we accepted. He did find something else wrong and charged us a bit more, but that was ok. He let us see the part that needed replacing, you could see it was clearly broken. Would use again.
Masood has successfully repaired our refrigerator and, now, our stove. He's very accessible, professional, and reasonable. I couldn't find any other company as helpful and affordable. We plan on continuing his services for anything else that gives us a hard time. Highly recommended!
Responded to request almost immediately and arranged to come by later the same day. Very communicative each step of the repair. When my refrigerator had further issues (not his fault; he'd already advised me the initial work might not be sufficient) he was back immediately after contact and completed the repair. Would definitely hire Masood again.
